Strategic Marketing & Demand Generation
Develop and execute North American marketing plans aligned with commercial goals.
Design targeted campaigns promoting my client's products and solutions to IOUs, EPCs, and key industry stakeholders.
Lead innovative, data-driven approaches using AI, predictive analytics, digital advertising, social media, and content marketing.
Optimize lead generation, nurturing, and scoring to accelerate pipeline growth.
Digital & Innovation Initiatives
Introduce AI-powered marketing tools such as predictive targeting models and customer-engagement chatbots.
Oversee digital content, website management, social media channels, webinars, and virtual events.
Evaluate emerging marketing technologies and recommend tools to enhance campaign performance.
Market Intelligence & Analytics
Conduct industry and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Deliver actionable insights to sales, engineering, and product teams to refine messaging and strategy.
Collaboration & Internal Enablement
Partner with Key Account Managers and Solution Engineers to develop presentations, case studies, and marketing collateral.
Support trade shows, conferences, and customer events through targeted campaigns and materials.
Train and enable sales teams with marketing intelligence and digital tools.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required.
MBA or advanced certification in marketing/technology is a plus.
Experience
3-5 years of B2B marketing experience in the energy, utility, or industrial technology sector.
Experience with digital marketing, AI-driven marketing tools, or marketing automation platforms.
Demonstrated success driving lead generation, pipeline growth, and brand visibility.
Skills
Strong strategic mindset with creativity and executional excellence.
Proficiency with AI, data analytics, or digital marketing tools in B2B environments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management capabilities.
Understanding of the utility sector, industry events, and regulatory landscape is an advantage.
Additional Requirements
Willingness to travel across North America for industry events, customer meetings, and trade shows.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, global organization.
Competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 on base per year. Up to $150,000 a year with bonus.
