Job Description

• Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion, within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient and timely completion.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, codes, and company policies.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to minimize project disruptions.

The Successful Applicant

• A strong background in construction management within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with effective organizational skills.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements in construction.
