Preconstruction Manager - Design Build GC - Columbia
The Preconstruction Manager - Design Build GC - Columbia will be responsible for:
- Project Assessment: Evaluate project feasibility and requirements.

The successful Preconstruction Manager - Design Build GC - Columbia should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred, but not required
- Proven experience as a Precon Manager or Estimator in commercial construction
- Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
