Job Description

Develop and implement effective product/marketing strategies for their light measurement, sensors and custom photonics solutions. Work with clients in a wide variety of industries such as Aerospace/Defense, Automotive, Consumer Electronics and many more. Our client is consistently innovating new light solutions for all different sorts of industries. Work closely with product development. Manage product launches and supervise product life cycle strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product growth - including engineering, project management, sales, and marketing. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product innovation and market development. Analyze product performance and customer feedback to enhance product offerings. Oversee product development processes to ensure products meet quality standards and customer needs. Develop pricing strategies to maximize return on investment. Establish relationships with key stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Product Manager should have: A strong background in engineering, physics or other related field. Background in light technologies, photonics, sensors, light measurement or other related field a HUGE PLUS! Background in launching products and managing product lifecycle in a wide array of industries like Aerospace/Defense, Automotive, Consumer electronics and more. Proven experience in product management or related roles. Exceptional understanding of marketing strategies and market research techniques. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

The ability to drive product growth and manage the product life cycle. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret product performance data. Ability to commute hybrid to one of the two.
