Define, develop, and manage the full lifecycle of precision metal products (e.g., strip, wire, foil, PV ribbon).
Align product strategy with customer needs and industry trends (e.g., aerospace, medical, solar, etc.).
Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, sales, and supply chain teams to deliver customized product solutions.
Coordinate new product introductions (NPIs) and support technical troubleshooting or redesigns.
Serve as the technical and commercial point of contact for key customers.
Gather market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning.
Understand material properties, alloy behavior, and processing techniques to recommend the right solutions for performance-critical applications.
Translate complex customer specifications into manufacturable requirements.
Provide product training, documentation, and support to the sales team.
Assist with quoting, pricing strategies, and customer presentation.
Identify areas for cost reduction, quality improvement, or product/process innovation.
Lead or support initiatives involving advanced metallurgy, coatings, or specialty forming.
