Oversee the successful management of construction projects, providing leadership to the team in achieving project goals, objectives, and client expectations. Ensure efficient coordination of project requirements, leading the team in collaborative and synergistic efforts with other disciplines. Review all reporting systems and procedures, and prepare comprehensive reports to clients and senior management, detailing progress and costs. Promote and maintain strong client relationships. Prepare individual packages for competitive bidding of project work, receive, analyze, and clarify all bids, and make award recommendations. Establish and monitor project costs and schedules. Receive, review, and process all vendor submittals, including expediting the delivery of materials and equipment. Prepare all required project status reports to keep clients informed and coordinated. Develop and implement site utilization plans, and establish the necessary crew sizes.

Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related area of study. 5-10 years of construction experience working on retail, commercial, or multifamily projects. Motivated to learn and advance at a fast pace. Working knowledge of commercial construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings. Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
