Lead overall planning, execution, and delivery of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are consistently met. Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting to maintain project profitability. Procure and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendor contracts. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards on all job sites. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders. Manage project documentation including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and implement strategies to keep projects on time and within budget.
