Job Description

Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients. Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and permits. Monitor on-site progress and address issues to avoid delays. Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and labor. Conduct regular meetings to track progress and resolve conflicts. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and upper management.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of commercial construction experience. Ability to run projects from pre-construction (alongside estimator) to client hand-off. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Team 1st mentality. Passion for construction.
