My client is a mid-sized design-build contractor specializing in industrial and commercial projects within a 90-minute radius of their office. Acting as the prime contractor, they manage projects from the initial concept through final turnover. Manage industrial and commercial construction projects from conceptual design through final turnover.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Coordinate and collaborate with design teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
Lead project meetings, provide progress updates, and resolve issues proactively.
Foster a professional, collaborative, and relaxed work environment on-site and in the office.

Minimum 10 years of project management experience with a general contractor (design-build experience preferred but not required).
Proven success managing multiple large-scale commercial construction projects.
Strong technical understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar).
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
