Job Description

• Lead commercial ground up projects from inception through completion
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety
• Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools
• Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement
• Deliver projects ranging from $15M+ within a strong pipeline

The Successful Applicant

• 5-10 years of commercial construction experience
• Familiar with design build construction
• Relevant 4 year degree - Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred
• Excellent estimating and conceptual bid experience
• Scheduling and budgeting experience
• Client facing
