Project Manager Design Build

Our client is a full-service Design Build, General Contracting and Construction Management firm located in St. Louis, Missouri. Our staff has over 100 years of experience and is comprised of Civil Engineers, Marketing Professionals and seasoned Field Personnel, who serve our clients in such areas as Preconstruction Services, Conceptual Design, Site Evaluations, Sales and Estimating Services. With a strong 2024 backlog in a variety of commercial projects, they are looking for someone who can come in and hit the ground running.

Job Description

• Take initiative on all projects from conception to completion
• Assist in potential business development meetings
• Organize/ assist in client meetings and develop long-term relationships
• Coordinate with client, architects, and engineers, subcontractors
• Prepare budgets and schedules
• Proactively drive solutions
• Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site

The Successful Applicant

• Civil Engineering degree
• 3-5 year experience working with a GC
• Ability to run projects from concept to completion
• Familiar with related protocols
• Self-starter attitude
