Lead the full product lifecycle process from concept through end-of-life for the product portfolio, ensuring timely preparation and presentation of product requirements, approval gates, and key decision-making milestones. Leverage Agile methodologies to collaborate with engineering teams on the development of neural models, software, and hardware platforms. Work closely with business development and technical teams to identify product strategies that align with financial and market success. Develop and refine business cases for new initiatives, considering customer needs, technology trends, market dynamics, ecosystem partnerships, and product differentiation to maximize success potential. Clearly define, quantify, and communicate the core value propositions of each product. Act as the primary product owner throughout the development cycle, providing product goals, prioritization, and support for trade-off decisions. Assess opportunities for strategic partnerships with external technology providers to enhance and expand the product portfolio. Contribute to relevant industry standardization efforts to inform and shape long-term product strategy.

A successful Senior Product Manager - AI Hardware & Electronics should have: Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. MBA or alternative master's degree in management. 3-5 years of experience in AI IP for semiconductor technology, including both technical and business roles. Understanding of Edge AI/ML infrastructure, and enterprise markets and ecosystem 5-10 years of experience in product management roles, working with cross-functional teams across geographies. Deep knowledge of the latest neural network models and relevant industry consortia specifications. The position requires a keen focus on Edge AI market trends, customer needs, application architectures, and technology trends. Understanding semiconductor AI technologies and help analyze product choices and tradeoffs. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven track record of developing product go-to-market strategies.
