Project Manager

Partner with clients from preconstruction phase through closeout. Manage projects ranging from $2M - $60M+ in value. Assist estimating team with estimating and change orders. Assist Senior PM lead project meetings- bid proposals, update meetings, and closeouts. Delegate tasks and duties as needed to ensure project delivery and deadlines. Create budgets and schedules based on cost estimates and material overhead. Travel as necessary to job sites.

The successful applicant will have a bachelor's degree required (construction related degree is a plus). They should have 10+ years of experience with a general contractor. Prior experience working as a project manager is required. They should have prior experience handling projects $20M+ in value. Client-facing experience is a must. Software proficient (ex: procore).
