Project Manager

My client is a design build general contractor averaging $450M+ in annual revenue with projects spread across multiple sectors (senior living, multifamily, government, hospitality, healthcare, education, etc.). They are looking to grow to about $650M in the next 5 years with growth plans implemented to achieve this. They are located in the Greater St. Louis area and have a solid backlog of work for 2026. They pride themselves on developing their team and having long-tenured employees who enjoy coming into work every day. Due to their growth, they are looking to add more team members to their project management department.

Job Description

• Partner with clients from preconstruction phase through closeout.
• Manage projects ranging from $2M - $60M+ in value.
• Assist estimating team with estimating and change orders.
• Assist Senior PM lead project meetings- bid proposals, update meetings, and closeouts.
• Delegate tasks and duties as needed to ensure project delivery and deadlines.
• Create budgets and schedules based on cost estimates and material overhead.
• Travel as necessary to job sites.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree required (construction related degree is a plus).
• 10+ years of experience with a general contractor.
• Prior experience working as a project manager.
• Prior experience handling projects $20M+ in value.
• Client-facing experience is a must.
• Software proficient (ex: procore).
