Our client is a privately owned engineering and construction specialist delivering technically complex facility renovations and expansions across North America. As the Senior Project Manager, you will report into senior leadership and take ownership of projects from preconstruction through close-out.

• Lead the delivery of complex design-build construction projects
• Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and risk
• Coordinate internal engineering, construction, and commissioning teams
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure quality, safety, and compliance
• Act as the primary client interface, managing expectations and change
• Drive cost control, reporting, and project profitability
• Support business development efforts through client relationships

For the Senior Project Manager, we are seeking:

• 7-10+ years of construction project management experience
• Background in design-build, industrial, manufacturing, or technical facilities
• Experience delivering complex renovations or expansions
• Strong commercial, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills
• Ability to lead teams and manage senior client relationships
• Engineering or construction-related degree preferred but not required
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach
