Senior Project Manager

Job Description

• Lead $50M+ design-build and complex construction projects from start to finish
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, and internal teams
• Oversee project budgeting, cost controls, scheduling, and risk management
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering accountability and collaboration
• Proactively identify issues and resolve them before they impact cost or schedule
• Drive decision-making while maintaining alignment with company goals and client expectations
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and performance standards
• As a Senior Project Manager, take full ownership of outcomes while leveraging leadership support
• The Senior Project Manager is expected to operate independently while collaborating closely with executives and peers
