Job Description
- Lead $50M+ design-build and complex construction projects from start to finish
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, and internal teams
- Oversee project budgeting, cost controls, scheduling, and risk management
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering accountability and collaboration
- Proactively identify issues and resolve them before they impact cost or schedule
- Drive decision-making while maintaining alignment with company goals and client expectations
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and performance standards
- As a Senior Project Manager, take full ownership of outcomes while leveraging leadership support
- The Senior Project Manager is expected to operate independently while collaborating closely with executives and peers
