Senior Project Manager - Design-Build Projects - DC

The Senior Project Manager plays a critical role in delivering large-scale projects while upholding the company's values of ownership, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving. The Sr. Project Manager - Design-Build Projects - DC will be responsible for:
- Leading a $50M+ design-build and complex construction projects from start to finish
- Serving as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, and internal teams
- Overseeing project budgeting, cost controls, scheduling, and risk management
- Leading and mentor project teams, fostering accountability and collaboration
- Proactively identify issues and resolve them before they impact cost or schedule
- Driving decision-making while maintaining alignment with company goals and client expectations
- Ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and performance standards
- As a Senior Project Manager, take full ownership of outcomes while leveraging leadership support
- The Senior Project Manager is expected to operate independently while collaborating closely with executives and peers

The Sr. Project Manager - Design-Build Projects - DC should have:
- 10+ years of project management experience
- Proven experience managing large-scale commercial or institutional construction projects
- Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions in fast-paced environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency
- Highly organized with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Apps or other related software
The Sr. Project Manager - Design-Build Projects - DC may receive:
- Competitive base salary up to $165k (depending on previous experience)
