Sr. Project Manager - High Growth Multifamily GC

Project Manager

Coordinate and oversee all phases of multifamily/commercial construction projects from planning through closeout. Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, contracts, and quality standards. Communicate progress, risks, and changes with owners, architects, engineers, and stakeholders. Resolve onsite issues, lead project meetings, and maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

The successful applicant will have 5+ years of running commercial or multifamily construction projects. They should be familiar with preconstruction concepts (will collaborate with precon team). Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. The candidate should be able to be the main point of contact for key client accounts, have a track record of delivering projects successfully, and a passion for construction. A construction related degree is a plus!

Base salary of $130,000 - $150,000 based on qualifications. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans with employer covering 90%.
