This is an exciting time to join our group and work on something highly strategic to Microsoft. Microsoft Dataverse is the platform to securely store an enormous amount of data in a cost efficient, scalable, and easily manageable way. This team builds a suite of microservices to get near real-time insights over your data in Microsoft BIC Customer Experience. You will be a part of a team of engineers who solve problems.
We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead a critical, company-wide AI knowledge strategy for support that directly impacts our customers, helping them resolve support issues quickly, before they even of users. In this role, you’ll own the vision, roadmap, and execution of AI knowledge experiences—ensuring content is accurate, secure, complete, and actionable for both customers and support engineers. You’ll drive cross-company alignment and deliver intelligent, scalable features that power Copilot and other enterprise tools.
