You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team to evolve the Windows design language for a new era where AI is seamlessly integrated into daily life.
You’ll collaborate across teams, including the Fluent Design System team, to ensure scalability, cohesion, creativity, and a high bar for craft as we advance the Windows design language across experiences and devices.
Additionally, you’ll partner closely with Windows feature teams to explore scalable, accessible, and both familiar and progressive design components and patterns that will leave an indelible impact on how people experience the Windows ecosystem. We are looking for a deeply curious and user-centered individual who can successfully navigate the nuances between creative expression and technical consideration while bridging and making connections across dynamic teams.
