The Employee Voice & Engagement (EVE) team is part of Microsoft’s Employee Experience (EXP) organization. We build products like Glint and Viva Pulse that help organizations listen to their employees, understand sentiment, and take meaningful action. We are a multidisciplinary team of PMs, engineers, designers, and researchers who are passionate about building inclusive, data-informed, and customer-obsessed solutions that scale across the enterprise. Our mission is to empower every organization to create a thriving workplace by turning feedback into impact.
We are looking for a Product Manager II to join the EVE PM team. In this role, you will support a group of PMs by driving clarity and execution across product scenarios, documentation, and go-to-market readiness. You’ll be a key connector across product, marketing, and customer-facing teams—ensuring our internal and external documentation is accurate, discoverable, and aligned with our product strategy.

This role is based at the Redmond campus, with 3 days per week work on-site and 2 days per week work from home.
