Microsoft Windows + Devices Group is focusing on design, manufacturing and delivering creative hardware solutions and devices such as Surface, Xbox and bringing superior experiences to customers for modern life and work.
The Product Quality Manager (PQM) team is supporting this business objective by applying Quality Management & Control methodologies to Tier 1 factory product development and manufacturing processes to make the highest quality products possible.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the product quality in Tier 1 factories and implementing quality management strategies to deliver high quality products. As the Product Quality Manager, you will work cross-functionally with Microsoft operation and engineering teams and Suppliers (Tier-1, Tier-2 etc.) to solve product quality issues and drive for continuous improvements.
