The Customer Experience Engineering (CxE) organization enables customers to realize the full value of Microsoft’s Information Protection (MIP) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions within the Microsoft Purview family of security services. The Purview Data Security CAT PM drives success by helping customers deploy critical features, design partnerships with strategic customers on envisioning new capabilities, supporting field teams and partners in understanding solution value and its alignment with information protection and data security practices. The role ensures customers and partners are equipped with best practices and adoption guidance, while channelling meaningful feedback to engineering to shape the product roadmap. Ultimately, this function delivers a seamless and impactful customer and partner experience, positioning MIP/DLP as critical services towards organization data security goals.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join us on the mission of making Purview Data Security a valuable and preferred solution for our customers. Enabling Microsoft Purview capabilities aligned with customers overall cybersecurity and compliance controls effectively accelerating the adoption of Microsoft Purview. This individual will be a trusted advisor for customers seeking to secure their entire data estates against internal and external data risks and helping customers maximize their investments in Microsoft Purview. To champion customer-centric innovation by delivering seamless, secure, and intuitive experiences for Purview Data Security. By deeply understanding customer needs and pain points, this role aims to enhance user adoption, drive satisfaction, and build trust in security data across organization data estate. The mission of the Customer Experience Engineering (CxE) organization is to drive deep and sustained usage of Purview Data Security, enabling organizations to become more resilient in the face of evolving risks.
