What You'll Learn & Do

You'll learn step by step while working alongside experienced team members:

• Basic metal fabrication
• Measure, cut, and prep metal parts
• Operate brake presses and spot welders
• Grind, buff, and finish parts
• Get hands-on exposure to MIG & TIG welding
• Help with assembly, packaging, paint, and custom projects

You won't be rushed—training is done at a comfortable pace.

Pay, Shifts & Benefits

• $20–$26/hour (based on experience and shift)
• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
• Entry-level candidates welcomed
• Higher pay for experienced candidates
• Tuition reimbursement for welding certifications or trade school

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $2285.00/hr.
