Our client in the health and wellness space is looking for an Associate Marketing Manager, focused in mobile engagement, for a 5-month contract. This role is: - Onsite in the western suburbs, 3-4 days/week - 40 hours/week - Starts ideally by late August / September 1st at the latest, through January 15th, 2026 (covering a maternity leave) This role is critical in supporting app-based member engagement strategies during a team member's maternity leave. The ideal candidate (in order of importance): - 3 - 5 years' of experience in digital marketing or content marketing, preferably within mobile or app-based channels - Analytical mindset - able to review data and provide key insights back to the team - Comfortable with ambiguity and being open to change is key! - Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is comfortable flexing between content planning, copy support, approvals and analytics coordination. - Light copywriting and proofreading experience - A huge plus if you have experience working at an agency or startup. - Familiar with lifecycle marketing, CRM/email approvals, and mobile content strategy is a plus! - Confident in routing and securing approvals - Data curious and eager to learn - able to work with analytics partners to derive insights and optimize campaigns - Experience with PM tools, such as Jira or Confluence, is helpful
