Associate Product Manager

Hearth & Home Technologies is looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our Stoves Business Unit in Lakeville, MN. This position plays a vital support role in driving growth for Forge & Flame, focusing on tactical coordination and execution, project support, data analysis, and learning the product lifecycle under the guidance of senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project & Workstream Coordination: Schedule and prepare gate meetings, capture action items, and support cross-functional alignment on new product development.
• Act as project coordinator for brand consolidation workstreams, ensuring timelines, tasks, and communications stay on track.
• Reporting & Analysis: Pull and compile product performance, pricing, and competitive data to support decision-making and portfolio planning.
• Product Lifecycle Support: Assist with tracking product performance, maintaining accurate data, and coordinating updates related to obsolescence, roadmaps, and annual planning deliverables.
• Sales & Marketing Tools: Coordinate updates to product training materials, internal communications, and go-to-market collateral. Ensure product and brand information is consistent across data systems and sales tools.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3 or more years of relevant experience in product management, sales, operations; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Ability to adapt to continuous improvement and drive change with a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated, demonstrated passion for success.
• Interest in building a career in product management or product development.
