The Clinical Marketing Specialist, UIS Distribution serves as the clinical and technical liaison between Mindray's distribution partners, field teams, upstream marketing, and R&D. This role develops and executes clinical marketing plans, delivers training and education, manages clinical evaluations, and supports product positioning across Private Office, POC, and Radiology environments. The Specialist also partners with key opinion leaders to strengthen clinical validation and communicate Mindray's value proposition across the U.S. marketplace.
Bachelor's degree in a clinical, technical, or related field required. Minimum 5 years of experience in ultrasound-marketing, clinical applications, or sales; ultrasonography degree highly desirable. Strong clinical application expertise with a deep understanding of ultrasound workflows, use cases, and buying drivers. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate clinical concepts clearly and professionally. Strong interpersonal skills with experience leading cross-functional efforts and influencing clinical and executive stakeholders. Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort working in a remote environment. Including international travel, travel is typically 25% but may reach up to 40% during tradeshow and launch activity.
