Pay Upto $23/hr - Great Opportunity For Growth!

Our client is looking for an interior mitigation tech who is experienced in commercial restoration and construction. They specialize in restoring commercial properties damaged by fire, water, or other natural causes.

• Demo flooring, drywall, various interior surfaces (damaged by water, fire, trees fell on a building etc.)

• Set up equipment on the job site

• Monitor jobs in the area to ensure quality standards are met

• Property board-ups (cover a window or door with wooden boards)

• 7 AM start time; mandatory OT 45-55 hours per week

• Meet at the shop in Plymouth in the morning, get in a company vehicle (won't be driving), then disperse to the job site accordingly.

• Health/Dental/Vision insurance

• Become a lead after 6-12 months

• Company vehicle when leading

• Work into an Estimator/PM role

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MN.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Plymouth,MN.
