Digital Campaign Marketing Specialist

Our client in the healthcare space is looking for a Digital Campaign Marketing Specialist. This role is: - 40 hours/week - Fully Remote - Starts as soon as October 6th, 2025, through 2/27/26

Position Overview: The Digital Campaign Marketing Specialist leads the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid social, paid search, and email, to drive engagement and growth. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to align strategy, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality creative delivery. Using performance data and audience insights, you will continuously improve and optimize digital campaigns to improve effectiveness and support the organization's growth goals.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Project manage campaign deadlines and deliverables using Adobe Workfront
  • Schedule and coordinate timing for all campaigns - email, paid search, and paid social - within the marketing calendar
  • Upload and manage lead data in Workfront
  • Participate in weekly project meetings with internal teammates to align on campaign priorities
  • Partner with development teams to execute campaigns across email, landing pages, and social media, ensuring design and messaging are aligned with strategic goals
  • Email Marketing Strategy and Layout: lead creative strategy and A/B testing for segmented email campaigns, optimizing subject lines, pre-headers and creative/copy variants; draft and write messaging for email campaigns tailored to key audiences; manage monthly list segmentation for email, paid social, and paid search campaigns
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify high-performing content and refine messaging based on audience segment

The ideal candidate:

  • Has Workfront experience - required
  • Has previous industry experience in healthcare or financial is strongly preferred
  • Has worked in a large matrixed organization
  • Is familiar with email marketing platforms - ideally Marketo
  • Has basic knowledge of UX/UI design principles
  • Has an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
