This job supports one or more analytical aspects of the product management lifecycle, with a focus on Provider Data Exchange. Working within this sub-product scope, the candidate uses regular judgement and discretion to collaborate with customers and business stakeholders in order to understand business capability needs and translate them into detailed business requirements for new or modified capabilities. The candidate also contributes data and analysis to the creation of business cases and cost-sheet analysis to support product strategy and informs the evolution of the product roadmap. They will perform research, analyze data to determine business problems and trends, and assess business processes and business rules to identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements. The Functional Product Analyst builds organizational and deep subject matter expertise —with a focus on provider data exchange, exchanging data digitally and enabling secure, compliant, real-time, and scalable exchange of data across systems and partners. They use knowledge to apply, manage, analyze, and share information with other team members.
