The Upstream Global Product Manager leads new product development (NPD) efforts for the DICKEY-john business within TSI. This role is responsible for identifying business opportunities, conducting Voice of Customer (VOC), developing value propositions, and associated business and product requirements for hardware, software, and services. This role leads the launching of new products and is responsible for NPD metrics, provides strategic input for, and the ownership of, the NPD pipeline, by defining the key trends and technology roadmap for the DICKEY-john business. This position is a key member of the DICKEY-john leadership team that sets business objectives and communicates direction and vision internally to senior management and externally to key customers. This position collaborates closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and others in the definition and execution of planned initiatives, designed to optimize growth and profitability of TSI's Agriculture products.
