Boston Scientific Corporation seeks a Group Marketing Manager, Interventional Heart Failure and Structural Heart at its Maple Grove, MN location. Duties will include being group manager of the interventional heart failure and structural heart marketing team. Responsible for team and individual performance reviews, new hires, onboarding, and all team staffing. Responsible for all global interventional heart failure and structural heart marketing team deliverables including preparations for global interventional heart failure and structural heart product launches. Responsible for interventional heart failure and structural heart annual strategy planning and annual operating marketing plan, team budget and spending. Will manage a team of six+ employees. May require to travel/telecommute.
Requirements: Employer requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or related technical field plus 24 months experience in job offered, Senior Global Product Manager, Research and Development Engineer or related occupation. Experience must include: 1) working in research and development engineering department, structural heart valves or interventional heart failure, 2) working in structural heart or interventional heart failure product marketing, 3) Global structural heart or interventional heart failure product launch experience, 4) leading global clinical evidence strategy development, 5) leading global strategic planning development and execution, 6) leading global structural heart or interventional heart failure customer engagement programs, 7) leading product portfolio planning, 8) experience managing structural heart or interventional heart failure product managers, and 9) experience leading annual marketing operation and budgeting plan.
