Instructional Designer (PowerPoint)

Our medical device manufacturer client is looking for a full-time PowerPoint Designer to join their team of three designers. This position is well-suited for someone who thinks strategically and solves problems creatively, with a passion for turning complex concepts into meaningful learning experiences that drive employee growth, enhance customer understanding, and support learning across the organization! The role is:

• 5 days a week onsite in Eden Prairie (required)
• Direct hire!
• Salary up to $90k per year based on level of experience

The PowerPoint Designer will be responsible for:

• Contributing to approximately 5 decks per week between reworking existing content and templates, and creating net new decks for product launches, conferences, and meetings
• Partnering with SMEs and stakeholders to collect information and present ideas and work for edits and approval
• Cleaning up copy on decks including adjusting sentence flow and correcting spelling and abbreviations

The ideal PowerPoint Designer will have:

• Specific experience creating long-form PowerPoint decks (between 45-100 slides), ideally supporting training programs, speaker aids for workshops, and executive communications
• Comfortable working with stakeholders and marketing partners including presenting ideas and work
• Experience working with and building text, graphs, images, animations, and transitions within PowerPoint
• Success distilling complex ideas into basic terms

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
