Lead Product Manager

The Lead Product Manager is responsible for leading initiatives that capture, unify, and leverage patient and consumer interaction data across marketing channels. This role will drive the implementation of systems and campaigns. These systems and campaigns will build a 360-degree view of engagement, enabling personalized outreach and improved patient journeys. They will also enable measurable marketing impact while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

The Lead Product Manager partners closely with enablement functions across marketing execution, data and analytics, and channel teams—translating complex program activity into structured plans, clear communication, and actionable documentation.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role suited for a collaborative leader who thrives in ambiguity and excels at bringing order to complexity.

Role Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end product delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment between product management, marketing execution, data, and channel teams
  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for interaction history platforms (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure)
  • Define workflows for capturing structured and unstructured engagement data
  • Monitor KPIs such as engagement, response times, and service quality
  • Track milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks; proactively surface blockers and facilitate resolution
  • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions, stand-ups, and program reviews; drive accountability
  • Serve as the connective link between product teams and enablement partners to ensure downstream execution
  • Monitor adoption and utilization metrics post-launch; identify gaps and coordinate remediation efforts
  • Document and communicate product decisions, trade-offs, and rationale in structured formats
  • Develop artifacts that reinforce the "why" behind product strategy
  • Prepare briefing materials, decision memos, and executive-ready summaries
  • Facilitate alignment sessions to ensure shared understanding of product direction
  • Manage program plans, RAID logs, roadmaps, and delivery trackers
  • Build and maintain centralized documentation repositories and standards
  • Translate complex program information into clear communication for stakeholders and leadership
  • Develop templates, frameworks, and playbooks to improve delivery consistency and speed

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience, with platform or data-heavy products
  • Experience capturing, unifying and leveraging interaction data across multiple channels
  • Experience in healthcare, health tech, or regulated industries
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a matrixed environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience creating and maintaining program documentation and communication artifacts
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, data, technology, and channel teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • Experience in health insurance or healthcare technology
  • Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or Scrum frameworks
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification
  • Experience supporting product launches and go-to-market coordination
  • Exposure to marketing operations, data analytics, or digital channel management
  • Experience building executive-level communications and reporting
  • Knowledge of Humana's business segments and product portfolio (internal candidates preferred)

Pay Range $126,300 - $173,700 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
