In this role, you will champion an outcome-driven product strategy that simplifies the home lending journey and delivers meaningful value to millions of customers. As a Lead Product Manager, you will own the vision, roadmap, and results for key digital experiences - leveraging deep customer understanding, competitive insights, design thinking, and data to uncover the highest-impact opportunities. You will lead continuous discovery and iterative validation for opportunities and solutions to ensure they are viable for the business, feasible for engineering, desirable for customers, and compliant within a complex regulatory environment. You will operate as a strategic leader who navigates ambiguity, influences executive decision-making, and aligns diverse partners across Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and the Capital Markets Ecosystem. Success requires a strong command of digital analytics, the ability to frame compelling business cases, and a passion for delivering measurable outcomes - not just features - for our customers and the business.
