Bolton & Menk has a great opportunity for Part Time Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing team. With over 75 years of experience, Bolton & Menk specializes in providing community infrastructure solutions across the Midwest, Southeast, and beyond. This role will support the Marketing team by assisting with the TicketManager platform and help manage relationships related to corporate ticket sales across the Midwest and Southeast regions. This is a part-time position, working approximately 10-15 hours per week.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate ticket sales departments (such as the Minnesota Twins and Minnesota Wild)
• Assist with TicketManager administration and corporate ticket relationships
• Maintain confidentiality of all documents and records
• Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Cross-check documents for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors
• May assist with other administrative tasks as the need arises

What We Are Looking For:

• High School Diploma
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Problem solving skills
• Must be detail oriented

Salary Range: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on years of experience and credentials.
