Marketing Communications Specialist

The Marketing Communications Specialist for MTS GRV is responsible for developing and executing a marketing plan that elevates awareness, strengthens brand presence, and drives demand for MTS GRV products and services. This role oversees the planning, creation, and implementation of integrated marketing communications programs, including sales collateral, advertising, direct marketing, digital campaigns, and product promotional initiatives. The specialist collaborates closely with the MTS Marketing team to ensure alignment with the MTS branding. They will also work closely with cross-functional teams to effectively support specific GRV messaging, content, and branding, thereby enhancing business goals and market growth.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Program Development

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing communications plan that aligns with MTS GRV goals and product line strategies.
  • Identify target audiences and craft tailored messaging to increase awareness and generate demand.

Content Creation & Sales Collateral

  • Lead the development of sales materials such as brochures, presentations, product sheets, case studies, sell sheets, and technical content.
  • Create compelling, brand-aligned messaging for multiple communication channels.
  • Ensure that all collateral is optimized to support the sales team and product managers.

Event Management

  • Plan industry events/shows aligned with business objectives
  • Coordinate multichannel promotional campaigns to drive event traffic
  • Manage event calendars and coordinate with internal teams for presentations, white papers, etc.
  • Execute as per the event budget and negotiate vendor contracts

Advertising & Promotional Campaigns

  • Plan and coordinate advertising initiatives, including print, digital, search, and trade media placements with MTS Platform Marcom team.
  • Develop product promotional campaigns that support launches and ongoing product engagement with MTS Platform Marcom team.
  • Evaluate performance metrics to optimize future campaigns and increase ROI.

Direct Marketing & Demand Generation

  • Oversee development of email campaigns, direct mail programs, and targeted outreach to support lead generation and nurturing.
  • Work closely with marketing operations to ensure accurate audience segmentation and performance tracking.
  • Recommend improvements based on engagement analytics and market trends.

Digital Marketing & Content Management

  • Collaborate with the MTS Marketing Team for websites, landing pages, blogs, and social media platforms to ensure consistency and brand alignment.
  • Coordinate digital content calendars and support SEO, SEM, and analytics efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain up-to-date product and promotional information online.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with sales, product management, and leadership teams to gather insights and ensure communication initiatives reflect strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors for creative development and production if needed.
  • Support event marketing activities such as trade shows, webinars, and corporate presentations.

Brand Stewardship

  • Adhere to MTS brand guidelines to ensure consistent voice, tone, and visual identity across all communications.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all materials reflect MTS's mission, values, and market positioning.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in a B2B or technical-product environment.
  • Experience with integrated marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional channels.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Experience with content management systems, email marketing platforms, and CRM tools.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and market data.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach with excellent communication skills.

Compensation Information:

Salary Range $90,000- $130,000
