Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for producing high-quality, strategic content that strengthens brand visibility and fuels the digital marketing efforts. This role develops photo and video assets, designs and produces advertising materials, manages and executes the content calendar, and ensures a steady pipeline of creative deliverables that promotes the business goals across all seasons and all activities. The Marketing Coordinator produces content used across paid social, website, email marketing, digital advertising, and event promotion. This role works closely and reports directly to the Director of Marketing.
Essential Functions
- Content Creation & Brand Visibility
- Capture high-quality photo and video content highlighting four-season experiences.
- Develop visual storytelling that supports brand awareness and highlights signature activities, including skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, golf, events, food & beverage, retail, and scenic recreation.
- Produce creative assets for paid social campaigns, organic social content, email marketing, website updates, blog posts, digital ads, and event marketing.
- Ensure content aligns with marketing strategies, messaging priorities, brand guidelines, and seasonal initiatives.
- Coordinate and track internal marketing requests including menus, rack cards, pricing boards, trail signage, digital signage (reach monitors), and recurring updates.
- Social Media Coordination
- Execute regular social media postings using approved creative assets.
- Capture supplemental content as needed and collaborate with Director of Marketing on asset planning.
- Engage proactively with online audiences to foster community growth through meaningful interactions.
- Business Listings & Online Reputation
- Maintain accurate operational information across digital platforms including Google Business listings, social media profiles, etc.
- Monitor, log, and assist with responding to guest reviews; draft responses for leadership review as needed.
- Collaboration & On-Site Support
- Work cross-functionally with departments to gather accurate information and identify marketing opportunities.
- Provide on-site marketing and event support during peak periods, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Skill and Knowledge Requirements
- Strong skills in photography, videography, and visual content creation.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, websites, and digital advertising.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or comparable design and video-editing tools.
- Familiarity with content management systems, social scheduling tools, and email platforms.
- Ability to comfortably and confidently interact with and interview guests and employees to capture authentic, engaging content for social media.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for outdoor recreation and the ability to capture authentic guest experiences.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions throughout all seasons.
- Ability to walk, stand, and move across uneven terrain, including ski areas, trails, and event spaces.
- Ability to lift and carry up to approximately thirty (30) pounds.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

- Computers, mobile devices, and standard office equipment.
