Hearth & Home Technologies is looking for a Marketing Coordinator Intern to join our Fireplace Business team in Lakeville, MN. Our internship will run approximately 12 weeks during the summer of 2026 and is a paid internship at $22.00 per hour.

This business unit is dedicated to advancing fireplace technology and design, reflecting our commitment to exceptional quality and comfort.

Each summer 10+ students join HHT for a summer focused on hands on learning. Throughout the summer, professional development sessions are provided for interns including opportunities to learn from and network with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities & Opportunities

• Digital content: audit, optimization, and development of content across blogs and social media platforms, such as Pinterest.
• Identify content that is not current and provide recommendations for optimization to improve SEO, engagement, analytics.
• Marketing brand and product tools: comprehensive audit of marketing collateral across customer and point of sale touchpoint. Identify redundancies, outdated content, and gaps in messaging and visual consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand how materials are leveraged in current and future-state needs.
• General marketing support: assist with project coordination and execution as needed to drive marketing initiatives forward.

Qualifications

Pursuing a four-year degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

Strong communication skills, with an eye for detail and clarity

Organized and proactive in managing multiple tasks and driving projects forward

Ability to work in a cross-functional team and build partnerships with key business stakeholders

Interest in brand building, content development, and social media marketing

Curious - comfortable bringing new ideas forward
