A marketing intern supports the marketing department by executing campaigns, managing social media, project management, and assisting with content creation and administrative tasks. Ideal candidates are current students or recent graduates in marketing/communications with strong communication, creativity, and digital proficiency to help boost brand awareness and engagement.

This position reports to the Marketing Director and is based out of our Anoka office.

What you'll do:

• Create, schedule, and monitor content across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and events.
• Analyze competitor products, services, and digital content to identify market trends.
• Draft copy for blog posts, newsletters, emails, and social media, ensuring brand consistency.
• Assist with clerical tasks, including preparing reports, presentations, and maintaining databases.

Experience you bring:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for content creation and team collaboration.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive desire to learn.

Additional Information:

• Shift: Monday-Friday (8-9 hour) days
• Summer Internship: May-August

Work Environment:

Employee work assignments may include tasks working with and/or exposure to potentially hazardous areas, including flammables and explosives. Safety training is provided to all employees to ensure compliance with company and federal regulations.

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
