As a Marketing Specialist, you will:
Seeking a Marketing Specialist to provide strategic marketing consultation and hands-on execution in support of organizational goals and initiatives. This role partners closely with Marketing Managers and Directors to develop, implement, monitor, and measure marketing plans that advance the organization's mission, strategic plan, and business objectives. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in marketing strategy, digital execution, and project management, along with the ability to counsel stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, consensus-driven environment.
Required Education, Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, Liberal Arts, or a related field
Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in marketing or a related discipline
Candidates must have prior experience working with healthcare, medical, hospital, or clinical organizations.
Solid understanding of marketing strategies, campaign execution, and best practices
Experience supporting digital marketing, content development, advertising, and collateral creation
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Demonstrated analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
High level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with stakeholders
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated marketing plans in partnership with Marketing Managers and key stakeholders
Lead end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, content development, advertising, and collateral
Provide strategic marketing consultation and guidance to support business objectives
Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance, leveraging insights to optimize results
Manage multiple projects across the full lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
