GovCIO's Digital Services team is growing and we're seeking a Principal Product Manager to drive product definition in support of rapid design, development, delivery, and enhancement in fulfillment of a variety of high-impact, critical customer needs to improve service delivery for our Veterans. The position is remote within the continental United States with limited travel (less than 10%) for critical customer meetings and/or quarterly product increment definition and update.
The ideal candidate will bring experience leading SaaS and digital platform products, engaging in all phases of product discovery, definition, development, delivery, support and maintenance. Will support product cost evaluation and tradeoffs, scheduling, and feature performance / ROI. Acts as primary customer interface and customer's "right hand" for program products, directing product discovery for one or more critical products. Develops new products or expands the product line working closely with customers and technical delivery team members. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies product problems and drives evaluation of potential solutions. Guides product line team members assigned to the product to ensure alignment with customer and solution objectives.
Clearance Required: Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance.
Posted Salary Range USD $145,000.00 - USD $180,000.00 /Yr.
