Hybrid Product Owner

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hybrid Product Owner to join our team, focusing on Moody's CreditLens and nCino Product Design. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our product initiatives and ensuring seamless integration and functionality across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product development lifecycle for Moody's CreditLens ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including teams within the SCS CoE, technology, and business partners to deliver high-quality product solutions.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user feedback and market trends.
  • Design and implement user stories, ensuring technical debt is managed and addressed.
  • Conduct regular stand-ups and refinement sessions, providing updates on UAT testing and sprint progress.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful delivery of product initiatives.
  • Utilize the Toolkit for project management tools to track progress, manage backlogs, and report on key metrics.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into product design and development processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Product management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Designer, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and practices
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM systems

Location expectations:

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
