Job Title: R&D Test Technician

Location: Minnetonka, MN 55343

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Contract Duration: 12 months or more

Pay Rate: Up to $31.00 per hour

Overview: Works under limited supervision to assist R&D engineers, scientists, and/or cross-functional teams in the development, testing, and analysis of products, materials, processes, or equipment. This role primarily focuses on performing mechanical design verification testing and supporting test method and equipment qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform test method development and equipment qualifications.
• Conduct mechanical design verification testing to ensure product requirements are met.
• Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) to ensure accuracy and compliance in all testing records.
• Collaborate with R&D engineers and teams to support product development activities.

Quality Systems Responsibilities:

• Build quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance with Quality System requirements.
• Ensure adherence to documented procedures and support a culture of quality and safety.

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent work experience in a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficient in test methodologies and able to execute test plans accurately.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to follow technical instructions.
• No chemistry background required.

Additional Information: This role is a 12-month assignment with potential for extension. Focus will be on mechanical design verification testing.
