Project Manager - CPG: Production Designer (3-6 Month Contract)

Beacon Hill's client in Minneapolis, MN is currently seeking a Project Manager for a 3-6 month contract to support and drive their continued growth. This role is ideal for someone passionate about guiding projects from concept through commercialization across multiple product categories, while also supporting strategic initiatives across the organization. Projects may include product development lifecycles, seasonal campaigns, and operational or supply chain enhancements. Success in this role requires strong communication across all levels of the company and with external partners, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a calm, solutions-oriented approach to risk management. Ideal candidates must have 5+ years of experience in CPG project management, ideally within personal care or cosmetics. Compensation Hourly Rate: $33-$43/hour, with potential for higher compensation depending on experience. This is a contract role with a duration of 3 to 6 months Hybrid Schedule: This role requires in-office presence Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Project Ownership: Lead planning, tracking, and execution of cross-functional projects. Ensure alignment, clear roadmaps, resource planning, and timely delivery.
• Project Meetings: Facilitate meetings to align stakeholders, highlight risks, resolve conflicts, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Timeline Management: Create and maintain project timelines across initiatives of varying complexity. Experience with Wrike is a plus.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the central point of contact for packaging, marketing, supply chain, finance, and sales teams.

Qualifications Required:

• 5+ years of experience in CPG project management, ideally within personal care or cosmetics.
• Proven ability to support change management and continuous improvement with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a track record of building strong relationships across teams and with manufacturing partners.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
