Senior Graphic Designer - Durable Goods, Social, Web

We are seeking a talented Sr. Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand message across various platforms, including social media, web, and print. We are seeking a conceptual designer with experience enhancing seasonal promotion campaigns, digital advertising, and eCommerce/retail initiatives. This is a 40-hour per week, 6-12 month, hybrid (Tuesday - Thursday onsite) contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative design concepts for social media, web, and print materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create designs that align with our brand identity.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing.
• Utilize design software to produce engaging visuals that enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the durable goods or manufacturing sectors.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles, particularly in social and web design.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the mattress, bedding, or pillow industries.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
