Senior Lead Product Manager – Affluent Deposits
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager – Affluent Deposits to help shape the strategic direction and evolution of Prime and Premier Checking products within the Consumer & Small Business Deposits organization. This role will lead the development of differentiated product value propositions, customer experiences, and go-to-market strategies designed to drive sustainable balance growth and high customer satisfaction. As a senior member of the product team, you will operate with a strong P&L-owner mindset, serving as a key arbiter of product-level economics. While this role does not carry direct P&L ownership, it is accountable for defining and owning the economic narrative of the portfolio—evaluating tradeoffs across growth, pricing, customer experience, risk, and funding objectives to inform leadership decision-making. This individual will be responsible for setting product strategies and roadmaps that are customer-centric, financially sound, and competitive in the marketplace. This includes managing Prime and Premier Checking, conducting market and competitive analysis, driving product innovation, and partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and execution excellence. Success in this role requires strong strategic judgment, financial rigor, and the ability to guide stakeholders toward informed, data-driven outcomes aligned with enterprise priorities.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and drive strategy for consumer deposit products, including Prime and Premier Checking, spanning products, solutions, and end-to-end customer experiences

- Evaluate and arbitrate trade-offs across growth initiatives, pricing strategies, experience investments, and risk considerations in partnership with Finance and Risk leaders

- Develop and influence business plans, success metrics, requirements, and change initiatives across multiple teams and organizations
- Articulate product vision and strategy, define scope, establish measurable outcomes, and guide the evolution of deposit products, solutions, and experiences
- Engage and influence leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, and delivery teams across the enterprise to drive alignment and execution
- Act as a senior thought partner to executive leadership by shaping agendas, framing decisions, influencing outcomes, and driving strategic clarity
