Base Onchain Privacy Lead

You will be joining the Base team to lead the charge on a critical frontier: Onchain Privacy. Base is the home of the onchain economy and privacy will be a key part of it. You will build the onchain privacy primitives that enable developers to build the best experiences. You will manage the Privacy Platform product and team, steering the roadmap and setting the vision for how privacy becomes a default primitive for the next billion users onchain.

Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Base Privacy Platform.

Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial concept to launch and scaling.

Proven track record of shipping complex platform or infrastructure products.

Experience building products for developers (APIs, SDKs, or infrastructure) and a passion for creating world-class developer experiences.

Ability to take highly ambiguous, technical problems and turn them into a clear, prioritized roadmap that aligns with broader business goals.

You thrive in fast-paced, "0-to-1" environments. You are a self-starter who takes extreme ownership of outcomes.

You excel at managing stakeholders across Engineering, Legal, and Product, and you love solving hard problems as part of a team.

Annual base salary range (excluding equity and bonus): $207,485—$244,100 USD
