The pay range is $98,000.00 - $176,000.00. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. As a Senior Product Designer within our Inspire and Motivate team you'll be at the forefront of Target's evolving digital experience, shaping it for our guests and contributing to business growth. In this role, you will lead the experience strategy and design for Target's guest content tools, shaping how content is created, managed, and delivered across Target's digital ecosystem.
You'll thrive in this role if you're a practical visionary: someone who can see a better way forward, make it actionable, and bring others along with warmth, clarity, and generosity. You'll facilitate cross-functional workshops, build alignment across teams, and lead through ambiguity and change to create tools that help Target teams deliver more compelling content experiences for our guests.
You'll use tried and true design methodologies such as human centered design thinking to understand guest needs, balance business ideas, deliver best-in-class design from concept to execution, while championing cross-functional experimentation.

A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
