This position represents a broad set of US WM Marketing departments providing identification, clarification and project leadership on key productivity, efficiency and marketing transformation initiatives. This person will serve as a delegate for the US WM Head of Marketing Activation and Field Enablement on key initiatives by providing process design, expert product knowledge, technical expertise, and problem solving unique to one or more specialty areas. This person must work effectively and collaboratively with multiple departments and stakeholders (internal and external) to achieve quality and timely delivery of solutions. This position could involve vendor management and risk management responsibilities and is expected to understand and represent the needs of Marketing as it pertains to the assigned projects and to effectively provide two-way communications throughout the project life cycle to vendors, delivery providers and key stakeholders, including the Marketing Senior Management team.
Support the Marketing organization by overseeing key initiatives to support the RBCWM-US business Communication planning and strategy to deliver key messages to both the Marketing team and internal business partners Develop proposals and work plans as required to support Marketing activities. Communicate regularly with management and other relevant parties to keep impacted resources informed. Participate in Marketing, firm, and/or industry initiatives providing process design, expert product knowledge, technical expertise, and problem solving unique to one or more specialty areas. Partner with department managers to ensure quality standards and consistency throughout departments for existing and new processes, products and services. In conjunction with senior management and department managers, monitor risk associated with departments; ensure within the regulatory, firm and RBC frameworks.
Must-have Bachelor's degree with emphasis in marketing, communications, graphic design or equivalent work experience Seven years of professional and relevant experience Ability to multi-task and prioritize and work independently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Advanced knowledge related to business lines, business strategy, needs and technology Experience with identifying and implementing process/system changes which reduce risk, increase efficiencies or enrich customer service Fully proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Proven change leadership and change management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Accurately defines problems and identifies relevant factors while objectively considering alternatives and anticipating the regulatory and client impact of possible solutions Strong knowledge and understanding of brokerage/financial operations, vendor management, and/or systems experience Strong Leadership, facilitation, negotiation, verbal & written communication skills to deal with senior executives Strong process knowledge related to continuous improvement and quantification methodologies, quality controls and reporting, risk assessment, conflict and issue resolution and escalation, and advanced knowledge of testing tools, testing approaches/ methodologies Strong relationship management and managerial skills dealing with all parts of platform and all levels of senior management.

The expected salary range for this particular position is $85,000-$150,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
